Owner and founder of RPS, Richard Evans, has been building relationships in the plastics injection molding industry since 2002. As an accomplished CNC machinist, Richard worked his way up to engineering manager at a well-known mold shop and eventually became managing director for a Fortune 500 corporate subsidiary. All this experience led Richard to start his own firm in 2020 where he specializes in mold design and engineering for leading operations in the plastics injection mold industry. Quickly, Richard has scaled his operation to meet the rigorous demand of a rejuvenated plastics industry.
